I buy stocks that trade at least 250K shares per day.

Keep in mind, my time frame for trading is 2-5 days. With a time frame that short, I need to be able to get out quickly when I feel the need.

I have traded less liquid stocks this month and held my breath as I tried to get out with a profit.

I would not trade a stock like AEN for example. All it takes is a few people to create a panic.

If I trade stocks below $5, I need to see at least 2 million shares per day on average.
