When I was a 16 year old my Dad was playing cards with a guy who ran a slaughterhouse. My Dad told him I needed a job so that summer I worked for two months on the cattle line. I was a city kid and one needed a strong stomach ( I know farm boys are chuckling). But I rode it out and as I look back it prepared me for the last two weeks. But summer is coming to an end and I won't have to cut out spleen anymore--Frank
