Frank - nice steady climb on the intra-day chart rather than an open high and tank immediately. Might get to $5 at the close yet! Bodes well for the very fair way that Ashton has handled this financing along with some positive news - I'm impressed with their fairness and consideration of all shareholders. It must not be easy trying to keep both shareholders and regulators happy.
