LOL! I have an acre and a half to work with, so it would be about 100 feet back. That picture was pretty trashy, I admit. I've slept in cabins that were in worse shape, but my dream cabin would be well-kept. It would be the size of that one, but with a porch.

About 20 years ago I hiked back in to an old trapper cabin that my buddy and I used as teenagers and in college. The puncheon roof had partially fallen in but the old stove was still there.

I just love finding old cabins in the woods. I probably enjoy that more than almost any other pass time that I have. I'm good at it, too. Some of the old cabins are mouldered to dust now, but I can still find them, if I try.
