Congratulations on a magnificent sidestep, beautifully sauced with your favorite subject--you and those nasty conservatives who hound you--which completely avoided any defense of your indefensible views on the Afghanistan invasion.

I'll wait a bit for a smidgen of substance, but am not holding my breath.

And a bit of free advice: You need to examine why it is that you delight in the pigpen of the personal, and why you consistently think you are a victim and rarely admit you are the aggressor who actively promotes what you allegedly despise but in which you obviously but perhaps subconsciously find a huge amount of guilty pleasure.

I read a lot of "interesting" posters' messages, and yours, too, on occassion. Some say interesting things but carry such an enormous amount of emotional baggage that it is unwise to enter into any kind of discussion with them. Until the last couple of days, you were in this category. I made an error of judgment in defending Mike [despite your hypocritical apology] since I forgot how much you like to claim victimhood upon the slightest provocation while at the same acting quite viciously. But not to worry, you have been relegated back to the "occassionally read" category.

And please control your impulses to respond in order to provoke a response. More directly, do not post to me.
