Your criticisms of Harriet Miers:
"Her professional background."
Earl Warren was a politician before being appointed. He seems to have cut a wide swath. She is one of a handful of lawyers alive to try a 12th Amendment Constitutional case. She has been working on a variety of legal issues to which you and I are not privy. President Bush has had an opportunity to review her work. I am confident that he discussed her qualifications with several other excellent attorneys.

"Her work experience."
See above

"Her academic resume."
That appears to be a biased point of view. To say that only Ivy Leaguers are qualified to be judges is just elitist snobbery.
