You're right! However, as a nomal small investor, sometime you just cann't help it when a big chuck of your savings is on the stake. If those comments from those analysts are not rumors, they must have got the information from the company. Then we should get the same information from the company. If they are rumors, ASND should speak out to protect share holders' interest.

When analysts downgrade or upgrade a stock, the big players always benefit from it. They can sell, buy, or short before the news is out to the public.

I have also invested in APM. APM's CEO is very accessible to individual small investors. You can talk to him on the phone personally and he would clariy the rumors on the street. That's why I have tremendous faith in APM no matter it's down or up.

If I live in the area where ASND's headquarter is, I would pay a visit to the company and find out if all those negative comments are based on rumors.
