Good question. The building was only a few years old. Having the top two floors cave in isn't good. The whole building will have to be torn down and rebuilt. I'm interested to know why this happened. All the buildings 15 years or newer are suppose to withstand 150+mph winds. No other buildings, like the hospital it was next to or any other structures around that building were touched. It makes you wonder if corners were cut during the building process.
