I don't agree with Ginsberg, obviously. It is not her competence, intelligence, knowledge of the law or legal implications that I have a problem with. It's her liberal philosophy. So let me ask you this. Dan Quayle is a very conservative guy and he has a law degree. Would you be comfortable putting him on the supreme court?
