I am a long term investor of QCOM, but also someone who plays short term for fun and extra cash along the way. I was a novice in the '97-2000 time period, and learned mainly from reading "every" SI post on QCOM and Nokia to learn as much as I could of the technologies, market factors, and, particularly, QCOM as an investment. In regard to my background, I hold BS and MS degrees in EE, and was a VP of Engineering for a Fortune 500 company for more than 10 years.

As a result I gained great respect for Greg Powers, engineer,B. Rational, and others who posted regularly with technical and intellectual depth. I gained great disrespect for Tero, Nokia and others for their dishonesty and "agendas".
