Thanks for the information Donald, much appreciated. I do have one question that maybe you or someone else may know the answer to. Here goes. On looking up the symbol 'snggf-bb' the quote indicated that it is listed with the USA OTC. I would also indicate that the sufix of 'bb' is the OTC indicator. (Over The Counter Bulliten Board) Yes? No? If this is true would trading be allowed via the USA OTC? The quote also didn't give any reference to it being halted. Since the VSE and the USA OTC are two seperate entities (the CDN OTC for that mater as well) Would it not be ok to assume that trading is allowed on the USA OTC (or CDN OTC for that matter since the OTC is only a collection of brokers dealing with brokers over the phone or what ever with no other outside force and as long as two brokers want to trade, then we have action?!) Also in previous news articles there is this reference to Sungold Gaming as being listed on both the VSE and Nasdaq. Was Sungold delisted previously?

This post is getting longer than I anticipated but one last comment.

We as shareholders own stock certificates from the company Sungold Gaming Inc. I personaly bought mine through the VSE. Is there any restrictions or limitations that I have in regards to selling or acquiring more shares through other means. (ie. Are Nasdaq and VSE acquired shares identicle? I believe they are but confermation that I don't have to do anything else would be nice.)

Thanx for everyones patients. I know their getting pretty thin around here.
