Seeing as there are very different views on what is good and what is evil, your "no one should ever settle" attitude doesn't leave much room for tolerance. Some people think cats are evil, some think alcohol is evil, some pot is evil, some abortion is evil. How do you resolve the conflicts if no one ever "settles"? <IMHO, "settling", or tolerance, is the basic building block of society>.
