"Both drugs are dangerous when used in large doses." The AMA --- not to mention dozens of other national and international medical organizations, and even the ONE DEA judge who was tasked with issuing an opinion on the matter --- have declared that marijuana is one of the safest drugs known to mankind... with no known fatal dose, unlike even table salt or aspirin, for example.
