Regardless of the difficulty of the Constitutional case, the fact is she did defend it. Thus she thinks about Constitutional law.

I voted for President Bush for a variety of reasons. One of those was to allow him to reshape the court to slow the rise of legislating from the Bench. President Bush 43 appears to be making appointments in keeping with that agenda. I have seen no evidence to convince me that Harriet Miers does not fit that mold. President Bush deserves the benefit of the doubt.
