It is the job of the members of the Judiciary Committee to do what they do. It is not Delay's job as a indictee to be questioning judges. Repeat he is questioning a judge who has been assigned his case by the judicial system.

Big difference between a hearing in the Judiciary Committee who send out questionnaire to someone on the criminal stand in a courtroom facing a judge.
