a nice section of Chula Vista Come on, Geoff, there are no "nice sections of Chula Vista." I grew up in Fletcher Hills, and we called Chula Vista "northern Tijuana." :>) I have five grandchilden in the northern San Diego area. My daughter and her husband bought a home with four acres in Poway a couple of years ago for a mil. It's doubled. The LA Times is saying that the top end of the market there has slowed down.
