Fuel is different; for example, last June,with fuel about $2.50 a gal,... > The problem is not really fuel cost, it's that people refuse to read the writing on the wall until their back's against it. "Need". What does that mean? "I need gasoline to fill up my Yank Tank to blast 100 km to work at 80 mph down a freeway." Such a person "needs" to re-engineer their life if they can't afford the fuel.
