Kumar: I just remembered something. 1)Remember that ASND didn't preannouce last Q? 2)Remember that there was misinformation in the press regarding the earnings, where it was believed that ASND fell short of expectations, but the results were skewed because of the merger, and through the analysis of this thread found that they didn't miss the numbers? I think that there is a lot of worry that even though ASND didn't preannounce, that they may still miss their estimates. Not all money managers follow ASND as closely at many on this thread, and may believe that ASND doesn't preannounce if they are going to miss. I believe they would, though I don't recall it ever happening before. Just a thought. Todd
