however these same men decided to separate church and state. Very simple...these men knew that in reality, a Christian is follower 24/7 and had no need for a 'state run' religion. They understood that a 'state run' religion would only provide for the powerful WITHIN that religion...just as what had happened from whence they came. And IMO, the same as what has happened in the Catholic church. Nothing could be clearer which is the same thing Patrick Henry stated. What you cannot understand, is that a Christian CANNOT separate his life from his GOd. His God IS His life. ......just as God promised. That is what makes you folks so mad at GWB, as he is not afraid to profess his God in his daily walk, and not just carry a Bible and walk beside JJ Jackson for show, as Clinton did after he got caught with his ...ahem,...in the cookie jar... Abortion is murder...plain and simple...if Ms. Meirs does not understand this, then IMO, she has no walk with God.
