You know what. California Workers' compensation has the LOWEST payout rate of any State and the HIGHEST rate of any state. Granted it cost 5000 dollars to rent a space. And u could prob rent the same space in the midwest for 800 dollars. Granted you could prob jerry rig the payroll numbers of another state extrapolate some fudge factor and call it a day. Granted you could hire the TERMINATOR and a BUNCH OF WORKERS' COMPENSATION HENCHMEN GOONS and destroy the system entirely. Some MAFIA INSURANCE or some MAFIA Casino's would prob make out like a bandit in that instance. BUT HEY. At least the GUVINATOR would get what he wants. God Bless AMERIKA and GOD BLESS THE BANANA REPUBLIC OF KALIFORNIA....
