MARKETS NATURAL FLOW LINES. ARE THEY ACCURATE

The chart is of ENRON and a classic falling off the cliff. Is there anything that we can learn from this classic decline.

One thing is clear, market natural flow works, or at least it worked on this cliff dive.

Most all of the crossings of counter trends where near the center or exactly in the center.

The first one that marked that a top was in was below center. A crossing below center gives a bearish signal. A crossing at the exact center is nuetral and goes with the trend and is the expected crossing place for most counter trends. A crossing above center is bullish and warms of a bullish outcome.

The absolute miss of a center line as occurred at the bottom of the chart warns that something is wrong and a great shorting opportunity.
