I think they paid $6M for it, and there was some boilerplate in the quarterly report about it--so you may be right. I suppose "net assets" will move a bit toward the cash balance as they write that off, and maybe other stuff as well. get over $4 -- if ever -- I'm getting out I only need $3.05 to get even, with a mental stop in the middle $2's (that I will of course ignore as I turtle in and become irrational). Basically the current shareprice here (if I do bail) will take back what I made with my risky Icoria trade last month. Easy come easy go. Thanks for posting! edit I had thought that maybe the Biofrontera acquisition could lead to Pfizer signing on again--new natural product chemical libraries or whatever. It is too bad PFE is doing so badly lately, maybe that reduces the chance of a dpii/pfe deal.
