I do crack up over the newly coined terms of "principled conservatives" and the "criminialization of politcs". This is the rights's effort to institutionalize their opposition to Miers and start pushing back against any coming indictments. If the right screams against any indictments for lying under oath or perjury, should such arrive this week, remind them, please that Clinton lied under oath and it was pretty serious at the time to the right.
