If Fritzgerald indicts Rove, then at a minimum he should be denied access to any sensitive data. Which is the same as saying that he looses security clearance. Consequently, he needs to moved out of the WH. Why should the rules be different for him. He does not hold any elected office nor is his position something that the Senate approves. He is just an employee and hence should have the priviledges which any WH employee should have.

No double standards here.
