I am certain everyone is already aware of this, but it never hurts to remind ourselves. CMKX has been in total control of its Outstanding Shares (and consequently its price per share) because of the NSS. There were 703 Billion shares outstanding in February, 2005, which included 600 Billion to Edwards which can be retired anytime. Therefore, in reality, there are only 100 billion actually outstanding. At prices between .00004 and .0001 for the last several months, CMKX could easily have purchased and retired all or virtually all of the 100 billion shares for only $10 million (for example if CMKX purchased 1 billion shares per day for 100 days). In terms of the value of CMKX's mineral claims, this is peanuts, especially when you consider that the Debeers claim of only 58,000 acres is valued at $80 billion.

Consequently, when we see the actual value of CMKX, it will depend entirely on the total value of the mineral claims divided by the number of shares CMKX choses to leave outstanding. The remaining shares that have been sold by the MMs will then have to be covered at whatever value CMKX has chosen for its shares.
If we are aware of this, I can guarantee you UC and the CMKX management team is also aware of it. In the end, none of us has any real worry except about the depth of the pockets of the MMs and the DTC.
