Iran Teaches Arabs to Ski
Ski training classes will be held by the Sport Tourism Association of Iran for Arab tourists.
Tehran, 23 October 2005 (CHN) – Iran’s Sport Tourism Association will be holding ski training classes for Arab tourists coming to the country.

According to Moradi, head of the Sport Tourism Association of Iran’s Public Sports Federation, Arab inbound tourists to Iran taking part in these training classes will receive a certificate at the end of the course.

The classes will be held with cooperation of Iran’s Ski Federation.

The low expenses in Iran compared to those in European countries, and cultural similarities of the two nations are important factors in attracting Arab tourists to the country.

Iran’s Ski Federation will hold its ski training courses with an expense of about 220 US dollars, which is much less than those held by European countries such as Switzerland and France.

Besides training, Arab tourists can come to Iran to enjoy the snow and cold weather which they are deprived of in their homelands, to exercise their skiing, and for entertainment as well.
