HI Ali,

I agree that management is fooling no one buying back the dilution of the stockholders position.

This action is a onesided gift to an exclusive subset of stockholders that does nothing to benefit the total population of shareholders.

This is being seen much clearer as time progresses.

Intel (the fantastic manufacturing company) will not be embraced by the small investor until they know that their equity is something that must not only not be punished but rather built up by the company.

The greed that management displays in direct defiance of the stockholders wishes,is sad in that it is curtailing the very result management desires - stock price appreciation.

Their greed blinds them into defiance and the stock will wallow until they get it right.

NOT WITH MY MONEY and I really do like the company - just not the stock.
