I was in the sixth grade in '59 and I remember listening to the final game on a transistor radio -- not exactly a boom box -- on the dusty playground of my West Texas elementary school. I lost an entire week's allowance on that series, and I became disillusioned and bitter after that. This series is looking a lot better, but it's too late to salvage my youth.
