Increased property taxes [ignored by the bulls] Increased heating and cooling [ignored by the bulls] Increased insurance costs[also ignored] Instead the real estate bulls talk about no more LAND. That's probably what was said in Japan in 1990. What is Japan, 1/50 the size of the US?
