Wish you would've let me know earlier that you'd taken the blame. It would've been plausible and saved me some grief, though it wouldn't have helped any of us feel better as we sat there helplessly watching SQL Server giving us no feedback as to what it was doing, but knowing it was real busy doing *something* and hoping it'd take minutes or hours rather than days.
