What in hell has your answer got to do with the original question? It is obvious you don't like the USA or their policies...Your answer makes no sense at all, For starters if all those others countries were assisting or have the ability to assist why would Somalia ask the USA for help? And the question was...WHY NOT ASK RUSSIA, CHINA, PAKISTAN, INDIA etc.? If you have a logical answer I would like to hear it if not that's cool also but just save your anti USA rhetoric for someone who wants to hear that stuff.
