Levin] If Karl Rove and/or Lewis Libby are charged, and their cases go to trial, reporters Matt Cooper and Judith Miller, among others, will be back in court, most likely as prosecution witnesses subject to thorough cross-examination. Moreover, their precious notes and phone logs will have to be made available to the defense. And if there are charges, and they involve more than perjury and obstruction, Joe Wilson and Valerie Plame may have to make room in their schedules to testify as well.
