Hello Jennifer, Most of what I mumble n about should be taken more literal than not, direct to the point of linear, and your take on my take is correct, that I believe:
(a) galaxy-wide repricing will chance upon us, and could be at anytime, even now;
(b) when so, as the good David (Taikun) annotated, "DUEED", as in Dollar Up, and Everything Else Down; and
(c) if so, then best to try to side step the dip so as to buy the dip without losing too much sleep;
At times Russ and I are on the same page, though his book may be thicker than mine, as he is over there, where you may be, and I am over here, where it is warmer and more exotic.
