New Screen TV Announces Fall Programming Schedule Anchored By Academy Award Winning Film, ``What's LOVE?''
ORLANDO, Fla., Oct 24, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Vision Works Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VWKM) and wholly owned subsidiary New Screen Television, Inc. have announced fall TV schedule is available on New Screen TV website, www.newscreen.tv. The Academy Award winning film, "What's Love" will debut on Saturday, October 29 at 8:00 PM. New Screen TV is on the air and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
With each new market comes additional subscriber fees and advertising.

As part of a basic TV package, New Screen TV will receive revenues from every subscriber on a monthly basis." OEN is actively pursuing additional markets and New Screen TV's contract with OEN calls for New Screen TV to automatically go with OEN to those additional markets, insuring continued growth and additional revenues from each viewer added with OEN. New Screen TV can and will pursue other markets where OEN is not established.
The company mission is to deliver the outstanding films from New Screen TV independent film library to 50 million households. New Screen TV has signed a distribution agreement with Houston, Texas-based Optical Entertainment Network (OEN) www.4fiber.tv. OEN has announced their plans to deploy fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) to 1,600,000 households in Houston, Texas, the 10th largest television market in the U.S. New Screen TV's channel will be included in the basic OEN package line-up.
New Screen Television, Inc. started as an Orlando, Florida-based broadcasting company that still transmits its television service, New Screen TV, to viewers over-the-air via WRCF-TV Channel 29 Orlando.
FISION(TM) is the OEN service that will deliver Video, Internet and Voice, a convergence that consumers have anticipated for years.
