None of the stories I read talk about the airport in any detail.

Six flights a day in and out of Ketchikan translates roughly into 1800 passengers, plus the various and sundry airport workers and others who would use the bridge. What's that give? 2500 people a day using the bridge?

I haven't heard anyone object strenuously to having to take the ferry to the mainland from the Island. At $200 million, I'd spell the name of that bridge P-O-R-K.
