Check with your broker.

I can't answer many of your questions, but I've looked into one or two of them. We won't know the symbol or suffix until the announcement is made.

My Canadian broker said they they'd have no problem buying or selling Sungold shares on Nasdaq, Nasdaq OTC, or Nasdaq pink sheets. One difference between them is the level of automation. A pink sheet listing would require the trader to call the market maker. I think they can do the trades through your Canadian account, but it might be easier if you set up a U.S. account - it's easily done. Your VSE SUM shares will certainly be tradable in the U.S. I've heard that Sungold is working on a Canadian Dealer Network listing, but I haven't heard anyone talk about it lately.

I'd be very interested if we could get someone who trades regularly through the U.S. market makers to offer some informed comments about how they work.

I'm thinking that just maybe, with some luck, there might be some nice buying opportunities early on.
