Absolutely, Democrats fund people, the rightwing funds big corps and protects the rich. If you believe any different you are completely deluded. What bugs the rightwing (shades of the Confederacy) is that amongst those who get help under Dems are poor blacks and Hispanics. Though most poor people are white. The GOP is still the party of the rich. And the racist rednecks. ANyone else in the club is being hoodwinked. I don't disagree in principle with their philosophy ideally (being against hand-outs, frugal government) and consider myself a fiscal conservative-moderate, but the conservative dream is so easily corrupted by shysters and pirates like Tom DElay and turned into something just as bad as organized crime. Actually worse than the Mafia because the corporate welfare and pork barrel ripoffs are much bigger than anything the Mafia has ever stolen.
