Bottomline: Bush-Delay are the biggest deficit spenders in history (much worse than LBJ who was the worst dem) and have never showed one bit of concern about fiscal responsibility. Until the last few weeks when DElay finds himself indicted with 18% approval ratings and Bush is attacked by fiscal conservatives when his poll numbers dropping below 40%.

Bottomline conclusion: you cannot trust a word Bush or DElay say or a thing they do whatever party you're in. They have driven this country into a fiscal ditch and stolen hundreds of billions for their cronies along the way. Their Iraq WMD, election fraud and Terri Schiavo scams are also disgraceful.
