Things continue to unfold -- 1. Moving to a new much larger facility, 2. changing the private placement of Aug 17 with a debenture issue 3. now announcement of a Avian Flu test. I am not sure why the financing got changed but maybe management may be thinking the share value will be higher soon. The Avian Flu thing is really good news but because the "World Health Organization recommends against the use of currently available rapid Flu tests" I would not expect to see more than a small sales for evaluation purposes initially. Adoption is bound to be conservative. Unless more news comes along the share price will slump again. I believe we will be getting more good news, and that as things unfold the company will eventually reach a sustainable and self propagating business. Dick
