I've always found that answering the questions I KNOW first invariably jogs my memory and enables me to answer some of the questions I thought I didn't know. If the questions are multiple choice, you should eliminate the certainly wrong answers and take your best guess from what's left. Guesses work well with True/False. I think I might be able to take a multiple choice/ true or false test and have a good chance of passing knowing absolutely nothing about the subject. That's why such tests are the most common throughout the American educational system, and why our system is going off a cliff. We just can't damage self-esteem!
