After listening to the CC and doing a little number crunching, I guess my initial reaction of "WOW" was a little over the top. But all things considered including the hurricanes, I think it was a pretty good quarter. I like the sale of the West Columbia property as explained by Jeff Minch. I think it's important for a CEO to capture a capital gain when available and reinvest the proceeds in assets with higher returns. The LTFD balance sheet will also be much improved. I think we may see more asset sales since it appears that some properties are worth much more than the value carried on the balance sheet. Comments please.
