He only had copies. He did throw away some copies. And he took notes too, another no no. In his defense he reviewed thousands of pages in preparation of his giving testimony. That would be a daunting task to give testimony to the 9-11 commission. I appreciate that he was trying to prepare for it by doing his homework. Since he had access to only copies of documents, his misdeed didn't result in any cover up. For cover ups, look to Rove and Libby as they attempt to CTA's. Orca
