I don't need a history book. I lived those years. It is well known that even a terrorist like Ramsey Yousef could not penetrate the bullet proof security armor of the Clinton years. And within 9 months of Bush's assuming office that armor was busted 4 times by 19 people. They even made a mockery of the US Air Force.
