Yes, Honest American Female Citizens. They spoke the truth. There was never anything convoluted about a woman telling the truth on Clinton, was there? Nor is it convoluted to call them honest, if in fact they did sleep with the guy. I for one don't consider to claim Clinton is a bad guy for relentlessly seeking adultrous affairs (he might get nothing at home for all I know). NO, I say he's a bad guy for lying about the honest female citizens who told the truth. If you wish to call them whores, then what shall you call Clinton? Oh, yeah, a nice guy doing a good job having a little fun. Fine, if you'd cease thinking of them as "whores."
This is just the trouble with YOUR convoluted thinking (which I might add, ignores basic american freedoms of honest speech, as did Clinton just to be sure he could be elected). You seem to think that because these women slept with a married man (certainly at his prompting, in most cases), they are "whores" and therefore it's OK if the president calls them liars when he knew they were not.
There is nothing convoluted about calling such women as slept with Clinton ("whores" or not, thank-you) honest about it, when in fact they were.
That you bring up the word "whore" here, IMO, just reveals the stone-age anti-woman, anti-freedom crap that lives on in the core of your beliefs in general.

When it comes to Cheney, I see you put words into my mouth which I didn't say. Who said "he could in no way have manipulated?" Not me. I've said there is no evidence that he did so. Who assured you he told the truth? Not me, I just say there is no evidence that he lied, and plenty of evidence that what he believed (if he doesn't still), was believed by many including French Intelligence and even the likes of John Kerry.
It will always be absurd to claim Bush/Cheney as a source of lies over WMD's until you have some evidence showing that they knew better than the rest of the world (bill Clinton included), and went along with the common wisdom anyway. You aren't going to find that, IMHO. And you are never going to look like someone who makes sense when you claim Bush and Cheney lied about WMD's, until you do.
