Yesterday Merck came out with a press release that stated "a study of 1,908 postmenopausal women with osteoporosis showed Fosamax cut nonspinal osteoporotic fracture incidence by nearly half in one year, faster than previously shown." Might this not be good news for Ostex so doctors will start testing postmenopausal women for osteoporosis?
