I stand corrected. I think when Bush was interviewed with Cheney holding his hand they were not sworn in. That was the interview I was talking about. If I was wrong about that one please let me know.

But if Cheney testified under oath then it is conceivable that he could face perjury charges. Especially considering 3 times where he has misstated himself in public that I know of, and I'm barely paying attention. The three times are 1. stating that he didn't know Wilson, 2. stating that he had never met Edwards in the debates, and 3. another time he stated he had never said something and on late night tv they showed a tape of him saying the very thing he denied saying.
