On the Clinton issue, there is no doubt that he slept around which is as bad as the women who slept with him. I don't think he raped them. Instead they did so of their own free will knowing fully well that he was married. So why did these women bother to do so. Probably they dreamt of getting married to him which we know that at least Monica did. I don't know what "you" would call such women. They tried to catch something, did not work out and now they cry foul.

On the issue of Cheney, the Republican talking points (and I presume the Libertarian talking points) are that there is no proof that Cheney or Bush or both lied. Let us sit back and think what transpired in the past few days with Fitzgerald. We have Libby telling the prosecutor that he heard the story from a journalist whereas the prosecutor has in his possession proof that he heard it first from Cheney. Cheney got his info from the CIA (Tenet). What was Cheney doing in the CIA fishing for a not so important guy's trip. Or was he fishing for info on guys who were opposed to the war so that he could finish them.

The Cheney / Libby gang was out to finish all those who opposed the war. And "a former Hill staffer" is in trouble. And I would not be surprised if the tsunami of roguery and crookery consumes Cheney also.
