TXHG -- I talked to the new CFO. They are waiting for the final bits of the audit to be completed. It should have already been done but Katrina delayed everything. The 10K will be out first. CFO says nothing but good news will be coming our way and the shareholders will be very happy. He said the current volume and price just won't due, and they want to change all that. He says they want to get this audit out of the way so he can work on acquiring (or merging, I don't remember his exact words) as stated in a previous PR. He also said something about getting a web site going too. I'm encouraged by the current price after being quiet for an extended period. I keep thinking back when insiders were buying this for .50, when it was just .13 the day before. Remember the CEO has also said that they're going back on the BB board then he would like to move on to another board from there. I think something really big is brewing that will cause the price to go up dramatically from here. We could see several jumps in price depending on how this all unfolds: completed audit, back on the BB board, merger, etc. Each one of these events could cause a subsequent jump in price.
