For some reason, Bush didn't want to catch Osama. Dont know why. Maybe their families' longtime friendship. Maybe a plea from the Saudi royals. Whatever the reason, Bush let Osama go and said "forget him, let's replace that boogey man with Saddam". Then it was "forget Saddam, let's replace him with Zarqawi". And we still have no real evidence that Zarqawi even exists.

As a people, we've been played by real players.
