Of course Clinton never raped anyone. The rightwing manufactured this smear so as to portray his perfectly legal sex life as "illegal" and evil. That was their only hope of smearing him since he was such a successful and beloved president. Even after Monicagate, Clinton had higher ratings than Reagan. He remains our most popular ex president.
